This project focused on the expert execution of drywall and interior painting, completed in a successful partnership with Gatehouse Partners. Initially, the scope emphasized technical structural details, including the installation of drywall returns and shadow channels to achieve a minimalist, trim-less aesthetic. Furthermore, the inclusion of tiered step ceilings added significant architectural character and depth to the overhead planes. To conclude, the final phase ensured that every surface met high-end standards, highlighting the crisp lines and meticulous craftsmanship inherent in modern residential design.
